Software Sales Consultant
Develop/ execute sales strategy and plan for both short and long range for the region/ territory assigned.
Establish sales objectives and ensure achievement of defined sales targets, growth in profits.
Identify and generate business from new accounts.
Reviewing sales plan / =>pipeline with Management to ensure target achievement, identify various deals, build internal consensus and prioritize opportunities.
Responsible for end to end sales cycle prospecting to contract closure.
Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships.
Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team.
Provide team representation and set proper client expectations.
Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin.
Knowledge of selling concept, principals & guidelines esp. deal closure, handling objections etc.
Consultative sales experience, solution sales experience.
Should have direct selling exposure and experience to handle large key accounts.
Good English communication skills and competence in presenting results.
Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Must be competent in Microsoft Office Applications.
Any accounting software sales experience and or ERP working knowledge will be a big plus.
