JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Sales And Marketing Associate

Key Roles:

Key duties/responsibilities for sales promoter

• Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team, professional and engaging manner

• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit

• Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer

• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible

• Perform daily department sales position maintenance tasks including making outbound phone calls, taking inbound phone calls, sending / answering customer emails, participate in daily meetings and training, research available inventory and other duties as assigned

Key performance indicator:

1. Sales growth & Penetration growth

2. Market intelligence and competitor information

3. Knowledge

4. Team work

Functional and Behavioral Attributes:

• Goal driven and result oriented; works well under pressure and can attain financial and other performance measures set

• Personal Ethics: honest, fair with self and others demonstrates integrity in work and business conduct

• Communication skills: excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Educational and Other Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information technology,or Ordinary Diploma in Networkingor any related field

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative, Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals, Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed 

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers, Enthusiastic about sales and the networking technology sales industry

• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
