EDUCATIONS COORDINATOR AGA KHAN FOUNDATIONS
The Aga Khan Foundations is looking for the dynamic professional to take on the role of the Educations Coordinator, responsible for the successfully planning delivery and coordinating of all educations interventions delivered under the USAID funded caring for the children  and empowering the youth people programme in DA Es Salaam as well as providing wider technical support to educations focal people across the country working within the consortium team and wider management team the educations coordinator role will include project management delivering capacity development workshop on school planning providing technical support government and CSO delivery partners on school planning and supporting the  transition of girls from primary to secondary school and leading  on financial compliance and report writing.  The educations coordinator is responsible for  effective and efficiently delivery project quality and donor compliance on education component of the C2EYP, principle accountabilities include
RESPONSIBILITIES
-          Effective plan and deliver the educations project activities and coordinate implementations
-          Provide the technical expertise using the most up-to-date evidence primary and secondary educations school planning and community engagement
-          Responsible for financial oversight management of the educations budget under C2EYP and ensuring compliance with donor and AKF regulations
-          Work within and coordinate  across the number of partners working within a consortium
-          Develop and deliver capacity development workshop to zonal teams
THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
-          Masters degree in educations international development or equivalent
-          At least 8 years experience of working in the  educations programming
-          Experience of working with team in remote locations and experience of working In a consortium  of partners
-          Proven experience in managing USAID project
-          Demonstrated capacity to write highly quality report
-          Exceptional written and verbal skills communications in English and Kiswahili
-          Positive communications and organizations skills
