JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE Head of Sales- Enterprise
REPORTING TO GM March 2016
JOB PURPOSE

 Responsible for developing and deploying the country-level Enterprise business strategy for delivering revenue
numbers and for ensuring a strong and well positioned product portfolio.
 Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of Enterprise sales activities of
the business

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Planning
 Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's
business plan/budget.
 Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
 Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the
Plan.
 Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the
company and, most specifically with Finance and Commercial
 In coordination with the General Manager, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company.
2. Execution
 Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the
objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies
Assist Team in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
 Manage all of the field and in house sales functions of The Company's facilities.
 The position specifically is responsible for all sales and Business Development activities of the company.
 Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the 3 Business Development Heads and the
Sales Account Managers.
 Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
 Spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel
 In coordination with the General Manager, establish compensation plans for all sales
 personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans
 Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
3. Creation of highly effective Team
 To ensure the functions objectives are delivered through a highly motivated and engaged team. Giving regular
feedback and reviews to each team member as this plays a critical role in ensuring employees are engaged and deliver
results, leading to lower attrition of people hence protecting talent.
Develop a bench strength of future leaders through coaching, mentoring and guidance
4. Reports
 Prepare various analytical reports and statistics as required by the business on a timely basis.
Requirements
Skills , Knowledge & Abilities
 5+ Years of relevant experience
 Proven track record in customer retention & relationship management
 History of creating productive working relationship and trust with teams across multiple departments
 Strong communication skills
 An understanding of the client’s needs
Education
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/IT, an MBA is preferred
